SHIPPING

Our shipping service applies for all U.S. ORDERS.

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping.

Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, DHL Global, UPS or FedEx.

99% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day.
The arrival time is 2-10 business days.

Once an order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
In order to comply with the Department Of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery

www.Joyeriasvanessa.com does not ship Department Of Transportation restricted items to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via U.S. PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank account.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 30% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on used merchandise and products. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning an order.

Any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $25.99 to resend the package.

To ensure your return is processed, please include the following information:

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
